escort360 (escort360.net) is a directory where independent escorts and agencies publish ads. escort360 does not offer, arrange or take part in any service advertised, and is not a party to any agreement between advertisers and their clients. Contact: admin@escort360.net.

Adults only

The site is only for people aged 18 or older, where its content is legal. By entering, you confirm that both are true for you.

Advertisers

• You must be 18 or older. An independent account publishes one ad, of yourself; an agency publishes ads only of adults who agreed to them.
• Ads must be true: photos of the person advertised, and accurate details.
• Ads must be lawful where you offer your services. Nobody under 18, nobody working against their will, and no trafficking or coercion.
• You are responsible for what you publish and for the services you offer.
• Keep your password to yourself.

Reviews and reports

• A review tells your own experience, honestly. It must not identify anyone (real names, addresses, photos or phone numbers), reveal personal data or describe sexual acts. Fake reviews are not allowed.
• Advertisers can reply to their ads' reviews, and report them, but not delete them.
• Anyone can report an ad, a story or a review, anonymously.

Moderation

We may hide or delete any ad, story or review, and ban any account, that breaks these terms or the law, without notice. We may pass on to the authorities what suggests a minor or trafficking.

Liability

The site is offered as it is. Unless an ad shows the verified mark, we have not checked who is behind it. We are not liable for the ads, the reviews or the services that advertisers offer, but we act on reports of unlawful content as soon as we know of it.

Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date above shows the last change. They are governed by Spanish law.
